 I Got Time (I Got It x Timepiece) Thank you to McCloud Farms for purchasing this powerful boar. He was first in class two at the Iowa State Fair. His littermate barrow was the Grand Champion Yorkshire and Grand Champion Purebred Market Hog at the 2008 Iowa State Fair FFA Show. Other littermate barrows were part of the Grand Champion Purebred Truckload at the Iowa State Fair and Reserve Champion Market Hog at the Crawford County Open Show. We retained the only two gilts. |

| Field of Dream's Dam side goes back to our original Ulf 166 sow we purchased at the Iowa State Fair 17 years ago. She was bred to Expo 94 and produced my sister's Grand Champion Yorkshire Gilt at the Iowa State Fair and was retained in our herd, and after crossing her up for a few years eventually bred her to the original Frontier in which we had the Grand Champion York Gilt (Purchased by Jamie Siren) and Grand Champion York Boar (Purchased by Chuck Olsen) at the Iowa State Fair. We kept one littermate that was Grand the same year at the Iowa State Fair FFA York Gilt show and after crossing a few years bred her to Sweetness 142-2. The Sweetness sow produced many Champion Crossbred Market Hogs as well as class winners at the Wyoming and Colorado State Fair. Finally we bred the Sweetness sow to Frontier 153-8 from Eddies and kept three gilts, one being the mother of Field of Dreams. If you want some proven genetics that are predictable then use Field of Dreams. He has as bold of a front end as you can put on one, yet carries into a big rib and deep, wide body and finishes with a powerful rear end. The best part is he floats everywhere he walks and gilts out of him will raise a lot of pigs. | |
